Long (Child-free) Weekend

A long weekend without the girls ...

began with a candlelit dinner at home

(eating out is unfortunately not an option 

at the moment,

my elimination diet goes on 

... and on ...)

then

 Crazy Stupid Love 

(loved)

some thrifting

some duets

some rearranging of the kitchen

to accomodate happy new little casserole dishes

a card made for Steve's parent's 60th anniversary

and parents duly visited

some gardening

and soon afternoon tea of

yummy gluten- and dairy- free vanilla cookies.

The girls return home tomorrow

and the weekend still won't be over!

For now we are enjoying the serenity.
