Happy Easter

Enjoying a quiet weekend

with church on Friday and again today

soon, 

a dinner of 

fried chicken and roast vegetables,

followed by a game or two,

and still a few more days off from school 

to enjoy.

But most of all 

thankful 

for Jesus,

 who gave his life for us,

and then 

triumphed over death

to rise again.

For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever 

those who are being made holy.
