Tatsoi for Dinner


Tonight will see our first harvest from our food plot - some tatsoi leaves to make a salad. We have picked coriander in the past, but this is our first vegetable - very exciting. I'm thinking of trying a variation of this recipe. This looks yummy too, maybe another night? Tatsoi (or Tatsoy) is a Chinese vegetable similar to Bok choy. I'll let you know how it tastes!

Edited to add: the Tatsoy was delicious! Quite similar to bok choy in taste. I made a dressing of olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar. Yum! Looking forward to more in a few days.
