Next time I might halve the recipe, I made 5 waffles today
and had plenty of batter leftover.
Banana is a fruit I normally have to avoid, but I broke my diet
just this once to celebrate our first waffles.
So I made sure I ate those few slices ver-r-ry slowly to savour it all,
the crispy waffles, soft inside, the banana, and the maple syrup.
