Lovely Lunch


Both girls at school, all feeling much better, shopping done for the week and fresh veggies to make a delicious stirfry:



Recipe:

Beat 2 eggs and fry in butter to make an omelette, remove from pan.

In 1 tablespoon sesame oil fry the following ingredients:

1 bunch baby bok choy

4 mushrooms

1/4 red capsicum

Slice the omelette thinly. Add a dollop each of oyster sauce and black bean sauce and throw in the omelette strips. Stir for a minute and then serve in a bowl. (serves 1)

Add chrysanthemums and British Country Living magazine for the ultimate mum-alone-at-home dining experience. Yum!
