We don't know why he was at the doorstep, under the verandah.
Maybe he wanted to get out of the rain?
It is raining here though in Utah we don't have any big frogs like that here. I remember catching frogs as a child though in the midwest - Very cool photo!
He is big!! My beloved bush turkey is dead, E saw it in the road yesterday. I am very sad about it.
